About the Project:
Advanced support program for small and medium enterprises providing care services – Swedish age 50+ employees model adaptation:
1. Development and implementation of a new solutions to maintain professional activity of employees in pre-retirement and retirement age, focusing on age 50+. To remain work-active.
2. Coaching and training program - taking into account the most crucial issue for caregivers at present, i.e. Jobs issues with elderly carers in epidemiological threat conditions (COVID-19).
3. Modules of training: web site, e-learning, VR and Google Play App software for elderly carers, tutorial for people in retirement and pre-retirement age.
4. Preparation of the On-line Repository – collecting all materials based at experiences and knowledge of 50+ employees. On-line audit letters and forms verifying compliance with the standard.
Programme providing care services  information in the following areas: Recruitment and employment, individual development and training, employee evaluation scheme, employee motivation plan, health programme, work organization and culture, stages of employees dismissal, continuous improvement and audits. The standard contains guidelines, procedures, policies, forms and audit lists.
Completed support program including online forms, knowledge repository, training model for carers in retirement and pre-retirement age, the coaching model will be implemented in 50 small and medium enterprises - 200 carers meeting specific criteria.
